Day One: Wednesday, April 22 — Depart USA
Evening departure from CLT for Milan (MXP) on group air.
Day Two: Thursday, April 23 — Arrival in Milan
Arrive Milan; meet coaches and transfer to the hotel.
Light orientation drive and short walk near the Duomo (time permitting).
Group welcome dinner and overview of ministry schedule.
Dinner and overnight: Milan. (D)
Day Three: Friday, April 24 — Lodi Concert with Come Tralci
Morning at leisure or optional devotional walk.
Coach to Come Tralci Church (Lodi) for rehearsal & setup.
Concert start: ~7:00 PM.
Return to Milan hotel for late dinner.
Overnight: Milan. (B,D)
Day Four: Saturday, April 25 — 5K Walk/Run & Songwriting Session
Participate in church-coordinated 5K Walk/Run with Come Tralci Church.
~12:00 PM: Songwriting session (select team) at the church.
Return to hotel for evening fellowship and dinner.
Overnight: Milan. (B,D)
Day Five: Sunday, April 26 — Services at Come Tralci (AM & PM)
AM Church Service: ~10:00 AM.
Break at hotel mid-day for rest.
PM Church Service 7:00 PM
Return late evening. Dinner at hotel.
Overnight: Milan. (B,D)
Day Six: Monday, April 27 — Ministry Day: Turin or Milan Venue (TBD)
Concert at Calvary Chapel Turin (time TBD) or alternate Milan-area venue..
Post-concert group dinner at hotel.
Overnight: Milan. (B,D)
Day Seven: Tuesday, April 28 — Transfer to Rome
Morning checkout; transfer by coach or rail to Rome.
Orientation stops (time permitting): Colosseum, Forum, or piazza walk.
Check-in and group dinner at hotel.
Overnight: Rome. (B,D)
Day Eight: Wednesday, April 29 — Rome with Dr. Smith (Teaching Day)
Morning split tours: Bus A (Forum & Colosseum with Dr. Smith and Daniel) and Bus B (Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel & St. Peter’s with guide).
After lunch, groups switch itineraries. Conclude with farewell dinner.
Overnight: Rome. (B,D)
Day Nine: Thursday, April 30 — Return to USA
Group transfer to FCO for flights to CLT.
