Register for Your Trip!
Registration is a two-step process.
Step One: Please complete one form for each traveler. You may open a new form every time you need to register another individual. Remember to use the “submit” button at the end of each form, so we receive all your important information!
Step Two: Upon approval from Calvary Chapel, you will receive an email with a link to pay your $400 deposit. Please note that each passenger must pay a deposit in order to be registered and have their spot reserved.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
LAND ONLY: Please register for “land only” package if you need special seats or arrangements for your flight (like requiring certain seats, seeking upgrades or using frequent flyer miles, etc.) as group ticketing is not designed to handle those specific needs.
PASSPORTS: APPLY FOR PASSPORTS (IF NEEDED) AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. SECURITY PROCEDURES REQUIRE US TO HAVE YOUR PASSPORT INFORMATION VERY FAR IN ADVANCE OF YOUR DEPARTURE. THANKS! Remember, in order to travel, you will need a passport that is not dated to expire within six months of your return date.
AIR TICKETS: If traveling on a CTSP issued air ticket, TSA absolutely requires for the ticket name to match, letter for letter, to the name on your passport. Non-matching names will result in expensive ticket changes or denial of boarding on the flight.
