Register for Your Trip!

Registration is a three-step process:

Fill out one form per traveler. After each form, be sure to click Submit so we receive your information.

Step 1: Complete Your Form


Click the Purchase button below to pay your non-refundable registration deposit. You’re officially registered only after both your form and payment are received.

Step 2: Submit Your Deposit

  • We accept all major credit cards. Initial deposits can be made with a card through the registration payment form. Second and final payments can be made on your card by completing the credit card authorization form attached HERE.

    We advise participants that an additional 3.7% processing fee is added when using a credit or debit card. We absorb card processing fees in the initial deposit paid online, but do not absorb them for ongoing payments. If paying by card, please fill out the card authorization form and email it to our office at: larissa.smith@studytrip.info

  • Many travelers choose this to use miles or upgrade seats—we understand! Just note: private taxis cannot cross borders (like Israel–Jordan or Greece–Turkey).

    You’re responsible for booking flights that match the program’s start and end dates and for arranging your own airport-hotel transfers. If space allows, you may join CTSP’s group transfer (priority goes to full-program travelers).

    If arriving separately, book a prepaid car service online. Have WhatsApp installed and message our team when you land.

  • Apply for or renew your passport as soon as possible. Your passport must be valid for at least six months after your return date.

  • If your airfare is arranged through group booking, please ensure the name you provide matches your passport exactly. Even one incorrect letter can result in costly changes or denied boarding.
